Disabled veterans and participants of the great patriotic war

Disabled veterans and participants of the Great Patriotic war and also their accompanying people (in an amount of one accompanying person for one disabled veteran or participant of the Great Patriotic war) are offered free services in the VIP-lounge on a regular basis.

The extract from Federal Law 5-FZ “About veterans” of 12.01.1995 contains references to participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and also the list of title deeds to privileged status.

The following services are provided to disabled veterans, participants of the Great Patriotic War and their accompanying people in the VIP-lounge:

• accommodation in the hall;
• check-in for the flight, baggage and cabin baggage handling;
• pre-flight passengers’ inspection, screening of baggage and cabin baggage;
• transportation to / from an aircraft by a minibus.

Addition

• Mobility impaired passengers can use wheelchairs and be supported by specially trained personnel;
• during the check-in disabled veterans, participants of the Great Patriotic War and their accompanying people are allowed to register their tickets and handle their baggage out of turn. All departure formalities can be completed very quickly;
• medical staff of the health unit is ready to give assistance 24 hours.
