Baggage storage room

There is a baggage storage room in the international airport "Khanty-Mansiysk" for the passengers’ convenience.

It is located on the first floor in the terminal.

Open hours: 24/7.

The rules and procedures for reception, temporary storage and return of left bags/items:

• items/bags are taken to the baggage storage room only after being inspected by aviation security personnel;
• temporary storage items are accepted in any package (suitcase, briefcase, bag, backpack, bundle, basket, etc.), ensuring their safety, excluding free access to the contents, damage and dirtying of other passengers’ things and the equipment of baggage storage room;
• it is not allowed to join individual packages to another one and also fasten bundles or packets to a suitcase, bag, etc.;
• fruits, vegetables, and other products are accepted only in a package.  The administration is not responsible for their natural spoilage;
• glass and other fragile items are accepted for storage only in hard package labeled “Caution glass”;
• explosive, fire-hazardous, flammable, poisonous and smelly substances are not accepted for storage;
• a passenger (client) is given a baggage coupon signed by the storekeeper or the dispatcher of the terminal control unit, payment receipt, an identification tag after the payment of the storage cost.  Baggage storage fee is charged for each item (place);
• there are 2 ways to return left bags/items from the baggage storage room: either you by showing your identification tag or another person (agent) who must show your identification tag.  If the agent receives the things, the owner of the baggage must notify the storekeeper about it in advance while registering the bags in the baggage storage room. You must show identification documents when receiving things back;
• if an identification tag is lost, things are given when the passenger writes an application and shows the documents proved that the items/bags belong to him/her;
• when the baggage is returned further storage is terminated.  Re-storage of things is registered again.
