Mother-and-child room

In the mother-and-child room the following people are served:

  • children under 7 with one accompanying person
  • under 14, if children have health limitations with one accompanying person
  • women in the second half of their pregnancy
  • arriving passengers (if seats are vacant)

For small passengers there are

  • Children’s bedrooms and baby changing table
  • Children bathroom and a washing machine
  • A fridge, a microwave oven, a highchair (but there are no dishes)
  • Playground with a table and chairs, a sofa, arm-chairs and a TV
  • Toys, books and colored pencils

Parents can relax on sofas.

There is a table, chair and wardrobe in the hall.

Rules

  • Passengers with a baby, passengers with two or more children, children under 14 if they have health limitations have a privilege to be served in the mother-and-child room.
  • To receive the permission to be at the mother-and-child room the child/children must have birth certificate and be examined by a doctor (the doctor’s office is located on the first floor of the terminal) to get the enquiry of a standard form.
  • Catering for a child/children is organized by a person accompanying him/her/them.
  • An adult accompanying a child cannot leave him/her unattended.
  • Accompanying person is responsible for a child’s safety, health in the mother-and-child room and in the playground
  • Accompanying person is responsible for the safety of personal items.

Restrictions

  • Passengers are allowed only with hand luggage (baggage must be left in the baggage storage room located on the first floor of the terminal).
  • The mother-and-child room must be clean according to hygienic requirements. It is highly recommended to use shoe covers. Visitors can put their shoes off if they do not want to use shoe covers.
  • Visitors must not drink alcohol or get stoned on drugs or alcohol in the mother-and-child room.
  • The passengers with pets are not allowed to enter the mother-and- child room.
  • The maximum stay is 24 hours.
